Order Terms

Once the order has been submitted will begin work on your order therefore once an order has been submitted it cannot be changed, altered or cancelled. The terms "begin work" can include but are not limited to : ordering supplies or products, creating art, drawings, setting up designs, logos, embroidery designs, cutting or printing. The terms alter, change or cancel include but are not limited to changes to sizes, colors, items, decorations, or shipping locations.


RETURN / EXCHANGE/ REFUND POLICY                          EFFECTIVE 06/01/04

In an effort to provide support and service to our customers as well as provide protection for ourselves against abuse and fraud we have instituted the following Return / Exchange/ Refund Policy. Customers should read this carefully before a purchase is made to avoid any confusion after the sale. The following policy is our "Terms of Sale". By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these terms.

Requesting a Return or Exchange: Customers should use the form included with their order to begin the return or exchange process. The form explains the process in detail. Please complete all sections of the form and include that with your return or exchange. This will greatly reduce problems with exchanges or returns. If you have lost the form or did not receive a form (One should be included with every order) you may click on the return form icon at the bottom of this page and reprint a return/exchange form to include in your package.  All returns for refund are subject to a 15% re-stock fee. No exceptions.  Please read below for more information on our return policies.

Refunds on orders which qualified for FREE SHIPPING BASED ON ORDER AMOUNT: If you placed an order which qualified you for a free shipping offer based on your order total and you return any part of that order for a refund and after a refund your total purchase falls to less than $50 your refund will be decreased by $5 in addition to the restocking fee to recover part of the shipping costs as your order will no longer qualify for free shipping. (Effective 11/01/06)

Refunds on orders WITH PRODUCTS WHERE FREE SHIPPING IS/WAS OFFERED: If you placed an order for any item for which FREE SHIPPING was offered and that item is returned for refund then the purchase amount minus the shipping costs (minimum $5) will be held and not refunded to recover shipping costs plus the normal 15% restocking fee. (Effective 09/20/10)

Return/Exchange Shipping Costs: Customers must pay all shipping costs associated with an exchange or return.  If a refund is requested, shipping cost with not be refunded.  Shipping costs will have been paid to the chosen shipper and therefore is NOT refundable under any circumstances. is not an agent of the USPS or UPS and cannot recover shipping fees and in turn cannot issue refunds for shipping costs. No Exceptions. 

Non-Custom Items (Excluding Swim Suits, Tankinis, Hot Shorts & Booty Shorts): Products that are not custom made may be exchanged within 30 days for a like item or refund unless otherwise noted. Returned items must be in new and resalable condition. Clothing items need to be new, unwashed and unworn and in the original packaging. Items returned that are not in new condition and/or original packaging not in will not be accepted for exchange or refund.  Items returned for refund will be subject to a 15% re-stock fee. reserves the right to be the sole judge as to whether a return will be accepted for refund or exchange.  Refunds will be issued back in the original form they were made (ie if a credit card was used originally, the refund will be placed back on the original credit card).  If a refund is required and the original payment was made using either a check or money order, a credit will be issued with 

Swim Suits, Tankinis, Hot Shorts & Booty Shorts: (Swimsuit policy Effective 6/23/06)

Exchange Policy for Swimsuits, Tankini's, Sarongs and Hot Shorts: You may return these items for exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date provided that the items meet the criteria listed below. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.  
Criteria for exchanging these items: Items must be returned in NEW condition. Items must be in resalable condition. Items must be new and unworn. Items must NOT be laundered or washed. Bottoms must still have the hygiene tape attached to the suit. The items must not smell of perfume, laundry chemicals or suntan lotion or have any other fragrance. If an exchanged item does not meet all of these criteria THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGE. No Exceptions.

Clearance Items: As stated on each Clearance page, all sales on Clearance items are final.  Clearance items are sold as is.  Clearance items cannot be returned for exchange or refund.  No Exceptions. 

Custom Items: Custom items are those items that the buyer is allowed to make choices or enter personalizations. Any item that allows choice of design, imprint colors, imprint text or other personalization is not returnable under any circumstances. An order for these items is considered to be a contract between the buyer and to design and create these items per your specifications and as such NO REFUNDS or exchanges will be given for a custom item. Please consider such things as size before placing the order as these items cannot be exchanged or re-made without further charge. In the event your order for a custom item is not filled as specified in your order, of course we at will correct our mistakes without further cost to the customer. If the customer makes a mistake such as a misspelling or chooses the wrong size garment no exchange or refund will be given.

Damaged Goods or orders filled incorrectly: If your order has an error or your items are damaged, please contact us immediately by email at so that we may act to fix the problem. Any problems with your order must be reported within 30 days of the date you placed your order. After 30 days no action will be taken by Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive.  All problems should be brought to the attention of prior to any packages or items being returned to  If requests for the package to be returned to us and indicates that postage will be reimbursed, reimbursement will only be for the cost of US Priority mail or UPS ground delivery services. 

Damaged Shipments: Occasionally items and or packages become damaged in shipping. In the event you receive an item that is damaged you should go to our web site. We have a system in place to report damaged shipments. On the Internet go to and fill in the online form. This will begin your claim of a damaged shipment.  Please note that your package and contents may be insured by the carrier. You should not discard any boxes or contents until advised to do so by or the carrier. The carrier has the right to come to your location and inspect the package and/or contents and to obtain the items if needed for a claim investigation. Once the carrier completes their investigation a replacement item can be shipped. No Refunds on damaged goods. 

Note: Nothing within these terms and conditions effect the proper filling of our customer's orders. Customers should be assured that any errors on the part of will be handled immediately and without further cost to the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:  Please double check your shipping address very carefully.  We attempt to verify all addresses prior to shipping, however if a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  If the package has been shipped using any UPS service, and an address change is requested or an address correction is needed, UPS charges us a $15.90 service fee which will then be passed on to our customer.  It is of the utmost importance that shipping addresses be entered correctly.
