If you select to get a pre-production proof, this also includes one free revision. If a pre-production proof is requested, production of your chair will not begin until approval of the proof is received.

Production Time The normal production time for custom items is 5-7 business days. If your order is time sensitive, we do offer production rush services which will have your item produced faster. We offer a 4th business day production rush, a 2nd business day production rush and a next business day Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include holidays.
