PLEASE USE THIS FORM FOR CUSTOM LOGO SUBMISSION ONLY. (Prices for text only, using stock alphabet styles can be found on individual custom director chair product pages.)

Thank you for your interest in a custom decorated director chairs from Teamlogo.com. Please use this form to send us your quote request for your custom logo. The more information you can provide, the better we can create your quote. Please upload your logo so that we can determine costs for setup and for imprint or embroidery charges. Quotes will be emailed to the email address provided on your quote request. Please make sure that you provide a valid email address.

Our preferred file types are .jpg, .bmp, .eps, .pdf (Vector Formats Only), or .cdr .png .svg and embroidery files in .dst or .emb format. If you experience problems uploading your logo to this form, please email the requested information along with your logo to us at cservice@teamlogo.com.

Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Users: We use Corel Draw and PhotoPaint for our graphics department. Illustrator users please convert all fonts to curves. Please also export your images in eps or svg formats or pdf if submitting in vector. Photoshop users please export as png file with transparent background. We are NOT able to use .ai files. Please convert your .ai files to .eps, .svg, or .pdf before submitting.
