Exchange Policy for Swimsuits, Tankini's and Hot Shorts: Our Exchange policy for these items are very simple and clear. You may return these items for exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date provided that the items meet the criteria listed below. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the exchange of these items. The customer shall pay all shipping costs associated with an exchange. No Exceptions.
Criteria for exchanging these items: Items must be returned in NEW condition. Items must be in resalable condition. Items must be new and unworn. Items must NOT be laundered or washed. Bottoms must still have the hygiene tape attached to the suit. The items must not smell of perfume, laundry chemicals or suntan lotion or have any other fragrance. If an exchanged item does not meet all of these criteria THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGE. No Exceptions.
