We do not offer Free Shipping to any other locations or any other US Properties. This includes Puerto Rico.  We do not offer free shipping ship to Canada.  Packages are shipped through UPS to Canadian address.  Shipping costs can be determined during the check out process. 

Returns
If a non custom chair is being returned the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customer is also responsible for original shipping costs.  Custom chairs are not returnable under any circumstance.
