If you order has shipped it will indicate the date and the method of shipping used. If your order has not yet shipped it will give you a status of "IN PROGRESS" or if there is problem with the order the status may show "BACK ORDERED". The status of in progress means we are still working on your order, a status of back ordered means the payment has not yet been made and the order is not in progress until payment is made.
