$3.99 shipping is for a limited time and may be changed at any time without advanced notice. $3.99 shipping is not offered for orders placed prior to 01/23/08 and is not valid for return shipping on returns and exchanges. The cost to reship your exchange or return will be determined by the actual cost of shipping published by USPS or UPS. No exceptions to this rule. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with shipping and return shipping of exchanges and returns.
